Ten Muscle Groups.
Ten Forgotten Exercises Each.
Ten chapters. One hundred forgotten exercises — recovered from old-school physical-culture and bodybuilding sources, then selected so they can still be performed with practical equipment today.

Your Best Physique May Be Hiding in Exercises You've Never Tried.
Most lifters spend years rotating the same handful of presses, rows, curls, and machines — while powerful old-school movements have almost disappeared. The Lost Iron Manual gives you 100 forgotten exercises, angles, grips, and loading patterns that can open up completely new ways to build stubborn muscle, bring up weak points, and make your training feel fresh again.
Why I Built This Manual
I've spent years collecting old physical-culture manuals, Golden Age training magazines, and forgotten instructional literature. The exercises inside this book were the standard movements of serious training in the early-to-mid 20th century — the movements that built the classic physiques we still admire. Most of them are no longer taught. Most modern books mention only a small fraction of what was once common practice.
I built this manual to put 100 of those lost exercises back in one place — organized by muscle group, illustrated for the modern reader, and selected so they can be performed with equipment available in any serious gym today. The intent is simple: preserve a meaningful slice of the older catalog, present it cleanly, and let the exercises speak for themselves.
This is the reference I wanted to own. It is the one I am now publishing.

Frequently Asked
Is this a physical book or a digital download?
The Lost Iron Manual is a digital PDF. There is no physical book shipped. After purchase, you will receive instant access to download the file to your device.
How will I receive the manual?
Immediately after purchase, you will be redirected to a download page and also emailed a copy. You can then read the manual on any device, in any PDF reader.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. Every exercise in the manual was selected because it can be performed with standard equipment — a barbell, a pair of dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and a bench. The movements come from an era before specialized machines, and they remain usable today.
Is this suitable for beginners?
The manual is a reference work, not a training program. It catalogs exercises. How you use them depends on your training experience. The exercises themselves are accessible to trainees of most levels, with the standard caveats about form, progression, and working within your ability.
What if I am not satisfied?
If the manual is not what you expected, contact the publisher within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Will this work on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The manual is a standard PDF, readable on any modern phone, tablet, e-reader, laptop, or desktop. The pages are designed to be legible on screen.
Are the exercises safe?
The exercises are based on historical movements that have been performed for many decades. They use standard equipment and standard ranges of motion. As with any training, use sound judgment, learn proper form, and work within your ability. Consult a qualified professional if you have any medical concerns.
How is this different from other training books?
Most modern training books present a small, familiar catalog of exercises. The Lost Iron Manual is built from a different source — older physical-culture literature and Golden Age training material. Many of the exercises in it are not found in mainstream modern books. The manual is a curated recovery, not a repackaging of the usual.
